Chemcel FCU

In January, the Citizens Planning Committee wrote a grant fund request to Chemcel Federal Credit Union in Bishop for a $1,000 grant. The grant application is to assist nonprofits with everyday needs.

On February 20, 2024, Chemcel awarded us a grant of $250. From this donation, we put a down payment of $272 on our general liability insurance that we purchased for 2024.

A general liability insurance policy protects businesses from claims that result from normal business operations as in a must for nonprofits or any business that is in operation.

The Citizen Planning Committe is grateful for the donation from Chemcel Federal Credit union in helping us continue to moving forward.
